MerleFest is an internationally renowned music festival held on the campus of a rural North Carolina Community College (Wilkes Community College) every spring to honor the memory of Merle Watson and his musician father, Doc Watson.

For MerleFest we produced two different Digital Press Kits: one was aimed at press and media, the other at prospective sponsors. Each contained a wealth of material. The project was developed with Macromedia Director and professionally manufactured on CD with printed inserts.

The disc contains: a short introduction, History, Economic Impact, Demographics, Press Reviews, Press Releases, Lineups, Photo Gallery, Videos, Programs, Schedules and Key Contacts. All of the materials were available in a user friendly interactive, multimedia presentation that played on both Macs and PCs. Hundreds of images, videos, Word documents and PDF files were also available as downloads from the CD.
