Blue Mile Design, owned and operated by Dan Harding, is a grahic design company located in Nashville, TN. Harding does a lot of great design work, much of it for the music business. He designs CD packages, promotional pieces and ads, logos and much more.
Like many designers Harding never could seem to find the time to put together a website to showcase his own work. It seems he was always too busy working on someone else's project. Harding (also like many other designers) knew the value of a website and finally made the push to get his own on line. Being a designer, he knew exactly what he wanted the site to look like so he designed the look and feel of the site and we built and coded it so it functioned and worked exactly the way he wanted it to on the web.
The Blue Mile Design site uses jQuery, a JavaScript "framework," to provide the simple, elegant "sliding" function that displays new images as visitors browse through the examples of work.
